Question concerning contract

Is the reservation possible?

It is not possible to reserve it.
The moving day has been accepted for 10 days when contracting on 29 days or less.
The person who contracts on 30 days or more can accept application of the moving day for one month.
In that case, I get the dry-cleaning charge as part payment. Please give the transfer to me within one week from the application day.
It becomes application for the first time when the application form reaches our company, and the room can be suppressed.


　Is application possible in mail?

The room cannot be suppressed though the confirmation and the inquiry of an empty situation of the room can be done with mail.Please inquire by the telephone.
It is possible to append the application form to mail.

　Application method?

It becomes the fax contract or a contract of coming to a store.
I will fax the application form from our company at the fax contract.
Please fax our company with the copy of ID card after filling in a necessary matter.
The communication appended to mail is possible.

　Is there a necessary thing when contracting?
For the corporate contract: Moving person's ID card, company overview, and corporate seal.
At an individual contract: Moving person's ID card, emergency contact, and stamp.
*ID card can confirm the present address
*When those who move are two people or more, it is necessary for a few minutes of the person.

　Check-in time and check-out time.
Check-in time : 10:00 a.m.,
Check-out time : 12 noon.

　The duration of policy?
The shortest contract days are the 7 days.It is possible to contract every day if it is more than the shortest contract days.

　Can the extension of term of agreement be done?
The contract cannot be extended because of the regular rented house contract.However, "Extended contract" can be done when there is a vacancy.*1
Please follow a procedure with a prescribed form by 7 days before the contract end day when you do "Extended contract".*2

　Is the contract of moving two people possible?
Please contact our company.There are an article that can move and an article that cannot be done.
However, the extra charge of the rent and the utility bill is generated at the addition of the number of people.

　Can the dissolution be done?
Please notify beforehand for the dissolution by 30 days ago.
It becomes the following leaving a room from the day of the proposal of the dissolution on the 30th.
The rent from the cancellation proposal day to the 30th is gotten at the immediate cancellation.

　The method of handing over key?

　What is the indoor cleaning fee?
It is a cleaning fee of the room when leaving a room. When contracting, it becomes a prepayment.It separately gets it when having exchanged it by customer's convenience for another room.

　The method of paying charge?
Our company comes to a store or it becomes our specification account with the transfer.
When 30 days or less are contracted, it will become a full amount prepayment by the moving day.
When 30 days or more are contracted, it becomes a prepayment until the 28th every month.
Cash is not handled in the Shin-Yokohama branch.

　Is payment with the card possible?
It is not possible to pay with the card.

Please teach canceling.
The cancellation before money is received gets the charges on the 7th except the cleaning price as a cancel charge.
Please acknowledge to the cancellation after money is received cannot the repayment of the full amount.

　Is there a parking lot?
Please contact our company. There are an article with the parking lot and an article that not is.
Our company doesn't take part at all for the parking lot in the nearby place of the article.

　Could you exchange sheets?
Sheets are not exchanged. I hope the cleaning in the customer.

　Is there a telephone?
There is no telephone in each room.

　How should I do though I want to send luggage when moving?
I will recommend the delivery by the time designation after it moves so that the customer oneself may receive my spare prick.
　Can the Internet be used?
The all article Internet connection is free.
The customer must prepare LAN cable and the personal computer.
